For example, we share your personal data with our third-party vendor when you request for number transfer. Also, telecom regulation in every country normally requires for phone number registration. The end-user’s information are provided to these third-party vendors to complete the registration process.

You may also request to access other personal information we hold about you after providing nomado with verification requirements. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request correction of errors in that data. Note that nomado will still send you transactional and relationship messages, including administrative confirmations, order confirmations, important updates about the Services, and notices about our policies.

5. How we protect your data

nomado has implemented safeguards to help us protect your personal data. Despite these safeguards, no system is able to provide absolute security. You are using a Voice Over Internet Phone service which relies on the public internet. Hence, upon creating your nomado account and by continued use you acknowledge the risk that third parties may gain access to your information without your knowledge or consent.

However, no system or service can provide a 100% guarantee of security, especially a service that relies upon the public internet. Therefore, you acknowledge the risk that third parties may gain unauthorised access to your information. Keep your account password secret and please let us know immediately if you think your password was compromised. It is your responsibility to keep your passwords and sip parameters secret and inform us immediately upon knowledge that such information are compromised.

Privacy Interest of Children

nomado recognizes and protects the privacy interest of children. Children who are below 18 years old should not sign-up for nomado. Personal Data collected from children under such age, will be deleted immediately after discovery.

Parents who believe that nomado may have collected personal data from their child with those those ages can submit a request that it be removed to support@nomado.eu

Period Which the Personal Data Will be Stored

The collected personal data shall be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods and may be disclosed to the judicial and administrative authorities in accordance with the prevailing regulations.

nomado will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services and to comply with our legal obligations.

As you have no commitment with nomado, if you no longer want to use our service you may terminate your account anytime and may request for your data which are not necessary for lawful processing to be deleted, or you may request nomado to transfer your data to 3rd party where possible by informing nomado thru writing at the mailing address provided below this policy or thru chat, trouble ticket, contact form or email us support@nomado.eu. Personal information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, to comply with the law and other statutory obligations, to enforce the terms of service and take other actions permitted by law will be retained in accordance with this policy otherwise it will be removed within 6 months to 1 year after the account became dormant or inactive or immediately after request for deletion or termination is received.

Should you have unresolved concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority of the country of your habitual residence; place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
